I see a strong reverse incubation trend from entrepreneurs in India & China. For now most of the new ideas and start up companies start from USA (bay area) a place where there is high revenue potential. In future I see that there will be more start up incubation from India & China. But there will be high demand for individuals who live in the US to carry these products or ideas to beta test in the USA market. There will be more demand for expat Indians & Chinese who live in USA in sales, marketing, biz Dev jobs and less demand for hardcore developers.
