Which one is more important for your organization Account Management or Delivery? There is always this constant rift between the Account Management and Delivery functions in any organization when the account is mature or near maturity. This is like asking which eye is important out of the 2 you have. You get the point. Both roles are equally important for an organization to be successful in an engagement. Both have a significantly different role to play.
There used to be this story on a debate among the God community. The fight was "Is the male god important or female goddess important". The debate would end with a conclusion that without Shakthi (female goddess) there is no Sivan (male god) and with out Sivan there is no Shakthi. Same is true in the IT world as well.
