Doctor business is the only business where the customers always come to you to give business. I am thinking that we should start the concept of these Mobile doctor groups in India where a team of doctors can sign up to an SMS service. Depending on the location they operate from patients can send an SMS if they want the doctor at their door step. Doctors can charge additional money for this service. This service can solve some common ailments like fever, cold etc. If the patient is really sick they don't have to take the trouble of taking public transport to reach clinics. Only catch is that any doctor from the group can visit that day like we have the HMO service in the USA.
