There are 3 categories of people you need one as important as the other
- Guys who identify and bring revenue to the organization (Sales or BD)
- Guys who help you realize this revenue (Delivery)
- Guys who provide support to realize the revenue (HR,Admin,Fin)
Bottom line is that companies will have to look for ways to find people who will bring success to organizations. So the steps are
- identify
- groom
- communicate
- provide support
- compensate
- make it big
- make the individual feel important
is a simple logic to succeed. You have to create a closed loop system for successful individuals to perform in an organization. Here each one is a keyword and requires thinking. Most companies don't realize or realize but don't implement these simple steps.
