If you are planning an important client meeting or a difficult decision out of a client you are better off setting it up on a Friday or the last working day before a long weekend. Most people will be relaxed during that period as they would be looking forward to the weekend you can have a better meeting. On the same lines Monday or a day after long break is a bad day for such meetings.
