If you have made a job change in the recent past or will be making one in the near future you need to watch out for certain things after you make the change. Very rarely your new environment will welcome you with open arms and heart. Remember your going in there
1. May dilute some one's power he/she holding for a long time hence may not like you
2. Someone inside who was eligible and aspiring to fill that position but didn't make it
3. Someone who couldn't solve a major problem ready to dump it on you after your entry
4. Someone having lots of expectation (very qualitative term) about you (don't buy into this)
Have a chat with your boss who is supposed to look at the above factors and help you settle down. After the honey moon period it is all yours to succeed.
