Service Level Agreement (SLA) is not a management secret ; It is not a document only a few in your organization will have access to and know about. Get the point? SLA is like a mission statement (if your company really cares about mission statement). Whole team that works on the assignment should know the full details of the SLA and break it down to actionable items they can practice to meet the objectives of the SLA. As a team member if you ask for a copy of the SLA or your assignment doesn't have one Sunami is not very far for you and your project !!
