As you all know that real estate business is booming in India many have bought land in remote places at different cities and towns. It is very hard for even people who live in India to go and check the location or encroachments etc regularly. This problem is more compounded for NRI's who have invested lots of money in Indian real estate where they don't know if their investment is still intact.
Solution:
I am thinking that we should have a portal where someone can capture the video of these remote locations on a regular basis and upload it to the site every month. Most people can afford a nominal fee for this. There can be allied services also in this portal !!
