Opinion - Success - 1:1 !!

If you are not having a 1:1 with your higher-up on a regular basis (atleast once in 6 months) means you are not interested in your own growth. You need to drive this 1:1 with your boss. Do not expect your boss to call you to have this discussion. Boss will reach out to you only when he has a problem with you (well most of the times) !!
